The ideal candidate brings strong UX writing skills and a background in entertainment or streaming. Job Overview : Help build customer experiences across multiple platforms including the TV operating system and app. Advocate for the user while understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups. Work closely with partners around the company, offering and receiving feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems. Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for multiple projects. Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values. Simplifying complex systems into clear, concise, and compelling interface copy. Collaborating with designers and other writers to solve UI challenges.
