We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately typing and entering various forms of data into our systems. This is a fully remote, entry-level position that requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a good typing speed.
Type and enter data from various sources (PDFs, handwritten notes, audio files, etc.) into digital formats
Review and verify the accuracy of typed information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets
Organize and store completed documents in appropriate locations
Follow company formatting and documentation standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in typing (minimum 40 WPM recommended)
Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and ability to work independently
100% remote work
Flexible hours (part-time or full-time)
