First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Maternal - Newborn Level III for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Brooklyn, NY . This role involves delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, performing assessments, and managing individualized care plans, with a focus on maternal and child health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments and provide high-quality nursing care
  • Develop and manage patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active New York State RN license
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • PALS certification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in maternal-child health
  • Prior home health experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills

Bronx Borough. This role involves nurse traveling to patient homes and providing care for anyone from newborn to 18 year old of age. Newborn visit might require to provide care for the mother as well which will count as 2 patients. Nurse must have PALS and have experience in at home setting.
