Job Description

Two positions are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work within a K-12 educational setting in Midland, GA. These contract roles are for the upcoming school year (NSY), providing specialized behavioral support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure student success.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
