The Concerts Division is where tours are born, artists come to life, and fans get to experience live music. The Stage Hand role involves performing load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment, securing passes and tickets, preparing guest lists under the direction of the stage manager, assisting audio and lighting crews, band set changes, ensuring band members have required items, communicating event details to production crew, hanging show banners, updating marquees and signage, coordinating food trays for the band, maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment, assisting with show passes, maintaining house backline and supplies, maintaining curtains, drapes, risers and staging items, operating stage areas safely and cleanly, assisting with special events operations, and ensuring stage trash is taken out and stage is set up for next show. Requirements include minimum 3 years tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects, proficiency with Microsoft applications, superior interpersonal and organizational skills, and a high school diploma. Preferred is a college degree. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in moderate to loud noise environments.
