Description:

The Allocation Analyst will be responsible for managing weekly, monthly & yearly allocation plans for some of the toy industries’ biggest brands. Efficient execution of inventory from multiple distribution centers, analyze sales trends, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product is delivered on time/in full.

Experience Required:

• 2 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Provide allocations based on product availability to Sales forecast, including Prepacks, Promotions, Marketing strategies, seasonal set ups, and other commitments
• Daily releasing and reviewing current order reports for multiple customers
• Making informed decision about inventory allocations
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Communication with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Fulfillment, and Marketing for overall coordination of allocations and releasing product.
• Responsible for updating systems and reports used in daily management of Brands

Requirements:

• Have a firm understanding of how to create and manage a yearly allocation plan.
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strategic decision-making skills
• Effective inventory management and planning skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written skills
• Proactive approach to work
• Some work experience will be helpful
• Bachelor’s degree"
