In this Senior Technical Program Manager role, you will apply technical and program management expertise to lead cross-functional teams and manage key work streams related to the AI, Analytics, Search, and Data Technology portfolio. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead both large, cross-division functional teams and projects, as well as narrow, strategic projects within the Construction Intel & Runtime Platform Technology team. All will affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. The role requires routinely exercising independent judgment to determine the best methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. This position reports into the Manager, Technical Program/Project Management and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. What you’ll do: Lead and drive all program activities for assigned initiatives, including dependency management, risk mitigation, change control, and communication of project status to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive continuous Engineering Planning and manage resources to develop achievable short-term goals supporting longer-term strategic product development. Establish program operating rhythms, lead cross-functional meetings, foster teamwork, and communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Promote collaboration and coordination across broad stakeholder categories. Partner with business and product leadership to identify benefits, trade-offs, and balance stakeholder needs. Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, working well with others when conflicts arise. Find opportunities, ensure alignment, and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints. Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize, and implement organization-wide processes. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in Program Management at a technology company, preferably SaaS, with experience in Data & AI or Cloud Infrastructure. Ability to distill complex technical information for different audiences. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies. Proficiency in dependency management across teams and projects. Experience with Agile planning tools like Atlassian Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Critical thinking skills to analyze and break down programs into milestones. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through influence. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Additional Information Base Pay Range: $140,960 - $193,820. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, education, and location.
