About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Data Science and AI to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data science and AI strategies that are in line with business objectives. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of AI and data science professionals to ensure high performance, as well as partnering with business leaders to identify and capitalize on data-driven opportunities. The Head of Data Science and AI will also oversee the development of predictive models and analytics frameworks, and must be committed to maintaining data integrity, security, and governance best practices. Applicants for the Head of Data Science and AI position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in data science leadership and be proficient in Python, R, and SQL. A strong skill set in machine learning, AI, and model deployment is essential, as is experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align technical solutions with business needs and ensure the team is at the forefront of industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership role and be adept at fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
