Job Description The Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights is a key contributor in providing top-notch HR analytics, reporting, and insights, with technical expertise and a business/operational focus to support the organization's HR strategy. This role partners with senior HR leaders and Brand HR Leads to develop, maintain, and improve analytics related to workforce trends, employee engagement, and benchmarks. The role requires translating data into visualizations and stories to inform talent strategies and decision-making across the organization. Essential Functions Develop HR dashboards to monitor workforce trends such as headcount, turnover, retention, diversity, talent development, and succession planning, identifying opportunities for organizational improvement. Collaborate with HRIS and other HR teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, providing insights and recommendations on people-related issues like engagement and exit surveys to identify patterns and track goals. Advise global HR teams on data use, governance, metrics, and trend analysis, offering guidance and support. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Excel, ETL tools, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM. Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets from enterprise platforms. Strong analytic capabilities, comfort with ambiguity, and innovative problem-solving skills. Ability to create cohesive reports from disparate sources, with effective data visualization and storytelling skills. Attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines. Discretion in handling sensitive data. Continuous learner, staying updated on HR analytics trends and technology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, HR, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR or people analytics. Prior HR analytics experience preferred. Physical Demands: Work mainly in a climate-controlled environment with minimal hazards. Travel: Minimal or no travel expected. Work Conditions: In-office role based in South Florida; requires presence in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area Tuesday-Thursday, with remote work possible Monday and Friday.
