Your new role

You’ll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations, while fostering a culture of safety and performance. Your ability to build trust and deliver results will be key to your success.

What you will need to succeed

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing projects over $10M in value
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools
