We are looking for a team player to join us as a part time junior video editor in our Vineyard, Utah studio. You will be working under the supervision of a production manager, and assisting in producing our high volume of output.

At American Heritage School Worldwide, we bring a high quality faith-based education experience to students around the globe. We are looking for someone who can follow oral and written directions well.

This is an entry level position, so it is not essential that you have background experience in film. It is more important that you are a good fit for our mission and willing to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency by adhering to our style guide
• Build, nest, and cut multi-cam timelines in Premiere Pro
• Add B roll as directed by the script
• Insert color correction, music, and perform basic audio mixing
• Provide quality control notes for other editors
• Make adjustments based on quality control notes you receive
• Export and upload your edits to the appropriate platform

Required Skills

• Attention to detail
• Familiarity in Premiere Pro (previous professional or educational experience is a plus)
• Ability to quickly and accurately follow instructions
• Team player
• Moderate understanding of computer operation (Microsoft Word, ChatGPT, Finder, Chrome, etc)
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications:

• Adobe Premiere: 3-5 years (Required)
• A basic understanding of how to use Adobe Photoshop
• A good ear for audio (Preferred)

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE

Schedule :

• 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

Work Location:

• Hybrid: On location and remote
