The Role

We’re hiring a  Supply Chain Analyst to help us scale smarter. This role will be responsible for turning raw operational data into insights that improve everything from factory production to order fulfillment and inventory planning.

You’ll dive into SKU performance, order history, warehouse flow, and vendor timelines to identify gaps, reduce waste, and support stronger decision-making across sourcing, production, and distribution.

What You'll Do

• Analyze inventory turnover, procurement cycles, and demand trends across product categories
• Build forecasting models to support raw material purchases and finished goods planning
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and recommend strategies for reduction or consolidation
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership to guide decisions on purchasing, production timing, and warehouse capacity
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to align planning with execution
• Support seasonal and high-volume program forecasting for national uniform rollouts
• Monitor supplier lead times and performance for continuity and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory planning, or operations strategy
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization/forecasting tools
• Strong grasp of supply chain fundamentals, ideally in apparel, manufacturing, or distribution
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights with real business impact
• Attention to detail, systems thinking, and a love for digging into numbers
• Bonus: experience with ERP systems or order management platforms
