The Culture Marketing team is committed to enhancing brand relevance by implementing programs that promote creativity within communities centered around music, dance, art, and social innovation. The Culture Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the development and execution of culture-focused marketing initiatives within their designated region. By leveraging events, artists, and influencers, the Manager will strengthen local and regional brand affinity while aligning with overarching global strategies. This position involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects that foster meaningful connections between the brand and the creative community, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Planning & Collaboration
Identify regional opportunities in cultural marketing and contribute to the creation of a regional business plan.
Lead or support the development and implementation of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
Serve as an expert on music, dance, and creative scenes relevant to the Entry Point Consumer (18-24 years old) and local communities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, event logistics, media networks, field marketing) to ensure smooth execution of events.
Support the creation of innovative concepts and communication tools for effective stakeholder engagement.
Events & Projects
Oversee or support the implementation of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, including Red Bull-branded and third-party events.
Ensure that events are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
Lead and manage project kick-offs, post-mortem evaluations, and recap meetings to define and assess success metrics.
Collaborate with the Brand, Media Network, and Partnership teams to identify opportunities for amplifying events and projects.
Develop and implement below-the-line marketing strategies to achieve event objectives.
Artists & Influencers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local musicians, dancers, influential creatives, and opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility and encourage product trials.
Identify artist narratives and culturally significant moments at the local level that align with the brand's core values.
Cultivate and sustain a robust network within the local cultural scene to remain informed about emerging trends and key figures.
People & Resource Management
Lead or assist in managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of all projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
Manage the budget for regional culture marketing programs, ensuring cost efficiency and project ROI.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-related marketing.
Possesses a strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
Experienced in event production for live music, dance, or other culture-related events, with familiarity in moving image content capture and production.
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects and integrated marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budget management and ROI evaluation.
In-depth knowledge of regional and national cultural trends with specific expertise in one or more of the following music and dance scenes: Hip Hop, Latin, Country, Electronic, Breaking, Street Dance, or Choreography.
Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and project management.
Proven ability to thrive in creative, fast-paced environments while working with multiple stakeholders.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - $128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
