Job Title: Screen Printer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are currently looking for an experienced Screen Printer specializing in printing on bags to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the production team to meet high-quality standards and production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and run screen print jobs on bags with precision and consistency.
• Supervise the quality of prints to ensure they meet company and client standards.
• Work closely with fellow screen printers and the production team to maintain smooth workflow.
• Help clean and maintain screens and equipment as part of the daily routine.
• Manage and increase production levels while ensuring top-quality output.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs while upholding safety and cleanliness in the workplace.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a screen printer, specifically printing on bags.
• Strong ability to collaborate with the production team and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to manage and improve production output without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
