Job Description

Well established and growing Southern California based recruiting firm with 24 years of proven success nationwide and a dynamic local team, is seeking a high energy, ambitious individual to be a Senior Recruiter/Recruiting Manager for our Orange County and Los Angeles offices. This high performing individual will develop and service client and candidate relationships through excellence in our recruitment process including sourcing, in depth screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.

The role focuses on high caliber candidate relationship management as well as customer/client focus and responsiveness in client activities. The Senior Recruiter/Recruiting Manager has a proven track record of success in full cycle recruiting and/or building client relationships.

* Relocation assistance provided but MUST reside in Southern California*

*First Year Annual Compensation $95K-$175K (DOE)*

*Hybrid 2-3 days/week in office*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future placements
  • Interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Process management and candidate sourcing
  • Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
  • Conduct professional & thorough interviews to identify and differentiate candidates
  • Maintain long term client and candidate relationships

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of recruitment and candidate sourcing experience and/or sales experience
  • 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with hiring managers/executives preferred
  • 1-3 yrs recruiting search firm/agency experience preferred, preferably within accounting and finance placement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to collaborate with others
  • Energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to learn
