What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with product leadership and delivery teams to enhance product development processes
• Design and execute high-impact processes for roadmap prioritization, planning, and release management
• Operationalize strategies for gathering and synthesizing customer insights into actionable planning
• Identify and eliminate friction points in collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams
• Develop and deliver training content to support Product Managers in improving their craft

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in product operations, product management, or enablement roles
• Deep understanding of the product discipline and experience with high-performing product organizations
• Direct experience in building and managing product development life cycle processes for enterprise-grade products
• Strong leadership and influence skills in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience working with SAFe methodology and sprint-based approaches
• Strong expertise with MS productivity tools and product analytics tools such as Pendo and Amplitude
• Proven ability to facilitate alignment among key partners to drive successful product outcomes
