What You’ll Do: Manage and execute successful Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) deployments Build and maintain strong client relationships throughproactive communication, on-site visits, and ongoing support Deliver training and consulting services to help clientsstreamline operations and get the most out of Yardi software Identify process improvement opportunities and recommendbest practices aligned with client goals and industry standards Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, guidingproblem-solving, and contributing to internal training initiatives Who You Are: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Sciences or other equivalent relevant experience inproperty management or applicable industry. Eight plus (8+) years of experience in software or businessprocess consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting withcustomers Five (5) years of experience managing projects onaccounting, business process, property management, or real estate software In depth knowledge of property management industry andYardi’s competitors Proven experience in ERP systems Proven experience positively influencing clients, peers andmanagement Proven experience independently managing and resolving avariety of client issues Extensive experience managing projects with multiple touchpoints Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing newpossibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation ofnew ideas or strategies Proven client-centered commitment and focus Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritizemultiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire andability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at alllevels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients Ability to travel up to 80% Ideal to Have: In depth knowledge of property management industry andYardi’s competitors Real Estate runs on Yardi.
