Sales Representative Paid Training

Responsibilities:
Conducts an individual or group presentation in-store providing product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Attends training classes on an on-going basis. Participates in demonstration/assessment quality assurance with the Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers.
Ensures all customer questions are answered in a direct and professional manner. (Active listening is paramount)
Exceeds expectations with key performance indicators as provided by Sales Managers.
Explain the features and benefits of the product and recommends specific implementations.
Delivers accurate reporting and documentation on sales production and customer information.
Achieves personal objectives and professional benchmarks as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, or in other sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build professional relationships and maintain rapport
Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic about working in a team environment
Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, economics, communication, public relations, or entrepreneurship.
