Job Description

The Relationship Banker I Floater at First United Bank is responsible for all customer service duties, sales, and relationship management while reaching or exceeding established goals. This role serves as the single point of contact for customers, connecting with them to understand their needs and match them with appropriate bank products and services. The position requires maintaining knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory issues, following proper procedures for customer servicing activities, retaining and developing customer relationships, and participating in sales campaigns and community events. Duties include opening new accounts, assisting customers with routine inquiries, processing transactions accurately, maintaining cash drawer limits, resolving customer complaints, and performing security functions. Candidates should have a high school diploma (some college preferred), at least 1 year of banking experience, superior customer service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task. The role emphasizes building trust, providing personalized service, and contributing to the bank's mission to inspire and empower others to Spend Life Wisely.
