Senior Project Manager – Medical Devices (Onsite, Santa Clara)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for a leading innovator in surgical robotics . This role requires expertise in new product introduction and service readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project management for complex capital equipment , ensuring service readiness.
• Bridge R&D/Engineering teams with Field Service, Technical Support, and Operations .
• Drive Design for Serviceability (DFS) principles during product development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (FDA/ISO).

Requirements:

• 5+ years in NPI for medical devices, robotics, or complex hardware .
• Proven track record with field service operations and technical support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management (engineering, leadership, regulatory).
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
