Kraton Corporation is seeking a Contract Project Manager to support our Distribution Program Office. This role is critical in driving project excellence across our distribution operations, managing timelines, costs, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic and technical distribution projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with global teams, including operations, procurement, IT, and commercial partners.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and drive resolution of project roadblocks.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting structures.

✅ Preferred Background

• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong preference for candidates with chemical manufacturing or processing plant experience .
• Understanding of the unique challenges related to distribution projects in chemical production environments .
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute high-impact projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
