Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Location: Indio, CA

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: 5AM - 2PM Flexible 

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Ensure all production goals and deadlines are met.
• Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production software, etc.).
