If you're ready to advance your career with us, consider the following opportunity: System Validation Engineer This role involves leading the validation of AOS's multiphase DC/DC solutions, including controllers and smart power stages. Primary Job Responsibilities: Define methodologies for automated validation and develop necessary PCB setups. Utilize scripting languages like Python to automate validation processes using bench equipment and off-the-shelf components. Develop embedded test suites using FPGA/Microcontroller for randomized testing. Collaborate with the design team to create test vectors ensuring maximum coverage. Create and maintain validation plans. Manage bug tracking systems and facilitate cross-functional meetings to identify root causes. Coordinate with teams to finalize datasheet electrical specifications and lead ATE vs. bench correlation tasks. Qualifications: Experience with DC-DC controllers and architectures. Proficiency with PCB design tools such as OrCAD and Allegro. Experience with Python scripting for automating bench equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, E-loads, DMMs, and network analyzers. Strong understanding of DrMOS and SPS operation within multi-phase control systems. Knowledge of control loop tuning for transient and frequency responses is advantageous. Understanding of Power MOSFET operation and parasitic effects is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of validation experience in DC/DC power converters or equivalent application engineering experience.
