We are looking to add to our team a pool repair diagnostic technician, preferably with 3 years or greater pool repair experience. Strong communication and organization skills are important traits needed for this position. If you have a desire to learn new technologies and want to excel in your career, you may be the right person we are looking for. 

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly + bonus

• Provide detailed quotes and follow up with customers
• Review repairs and create invoices
• Install and diagnose pool automation
• Installation and programming of variable speed pumps
• Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair or replacement, including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, and check valves
• Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
• Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers, pool lights, salt systems, or automation
• Keep records of services performed, including pictures
• Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool

• A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed

• Three years or more in residential pool repairs 
• Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair
• Pool Automation experience
• Heater troubleshooting experience
• Electrical knowledge, including both high and low voltage
• Problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
