The Practice Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing business strategy, financial performance, and team leadership within a high-end, service-driven environment. This position requires expertise in business planning, operational efficiency, and team development , ensuring seamless client experiences while driving growth and profitability. You must be an excellent team builder and skilled manager with P&L responsibility . Medical experience is preferred but not necessary. This role is Ideal for professionals with experience in luxury wellness, aesthetic medicine, high-end hospitality, or premium retail.
Team Leadership & Client Experience
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional client journey.
• Develop team performance goals, foster engagement, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement staff scheduling and training to ensure seamless service execution.
• Lead weekly team meetings and regular coaching sessions, reinforcing service excellence and brand standards.
• Cultivate a culture of refinement, discretion, and attentiveness, reflecting high-end clientele expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in luxury service industries (aesthetics, high-end hospitality, wellness, or premium retail).
• Strong business acumen, financial oversight, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams that cater to discerning clientele.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
