Position Purpose Lead the day-to-day technical execution of one or more simultaneous cyber penetration tests. Lead the penetration testing engagement planning process from a technical perspective, including scoping, defining objectives, negotiating rules of engagement, testing, reporting, and executive communications. Assess results of penetration tests and quantify cyber risks. Develop and present relevant, timely, and detailed technical reports for internal technical customers. Develop and deliver penetration test executive reports. Participate in the penetration testing team’s customer outreach to develop and strengthen relationships within the cyber defense organization. Manage budgets, performance, procurement, and deliver presentations to leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant penetration testing experience. Familiarity with current cybersecurity trends, technologies, and attacks; understanding of networking, firewalls, proxies, encryption, network reconnaissance, exploitation techniques, and programming languages (Python, Go, Ruby, etc.). License/Certification OSCP certification preferred. Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year.
