Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be part of the patient care team supporting our diverse community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Location: Seaside, CA

Pay Range: $22.00

Shift: Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist patients by performing a variety of duties related to patient interviewing and verifying admissions information.
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Provide support to Indigenous patients by communicating effectively in Spanish and Mixteco and/or Chatino dialects.
• Perform general office and clerical tasks to maintain efficient operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Fluency in Spanish and either Mixteco or Chatino dialects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for helping others and providing exceptional patient care.
