The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Receptionist / Executive Assistant to join our team in New York City (Bronx location). This is an in-person only role with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and front-office responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform general office filing and maintain organized records.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide executive support as needed.
• Manage deliveries, visitors, and front-desk responsibilities.
• Walk between office areas (stairs required) to support staff and maintain workflow.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other office duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfortable moving between floors/stairs throughout the day.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Previous office, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience.
• Familiarity with invoicing processes and record-keeping.
• Customer service background.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to walk stairs regularly.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Position Details:

• Location: Bronx, New York City (in-person only).
• Schedule: Part-time, hours negotiable.
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
