Job Description

Company Description: 220 Marketing specializes in providing online marketing solutions and consulting to the mortgage, real estate, and insurance industries. 220 Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic team member who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position will require you to work with new and existing clients regarding the development and customization of their accounts/websites based on their marketing needs. The Customer Service position requires interaction with clients via phone/email in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle/resolve complaints. You will be expected to provide high-level support and product training to our clients. The primary focus will be client retention among other required metrics. This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills. This position is Monday to Friday. Shifts available from 7:00am to 4:00pm Primary Responsibilities Include: Resolve product or service issues/problems Determine the cause of the issue/problem Selecting and explaining the best solution Expediting correction and/or adjustment to client's satisfaction Follow up to ensure resolution Phone Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and resolve client needs Outbound to existing client base for needed follow up and check ins Maintain calendar of appointments and client scheduling needs Work with new clients on website development Provide support to client accounts Domain support Meeting quality assurance policies and procedures Team player and 'What ever it takes attitude" Performs other duties as assigned. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving capacity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Manage a variety of tasks and timelines Ability to helps clients utilize our system regardless of the client's technical skill level Identify problems and find solutions before issues arise Experience with WordPress and/or other major CMS’s a positive Compensation: $16 hr base + Monthly Performance Bonus + (Health Insurance & Vacation/Sick time after 90 days) #J-18808-Ljbffr 220 Marketing Group
