The Opportunity As part of the Finance Consulting team you advise global organizations on improving efficiency in transaction processing, close and consolidation, and financial reporting. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of experience

• Master's Degree in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
• Proficiency in finance transformation and performance management
• Proficiency in financial systems optimization
• Strength in business intelligence and performance management tools
• Proven ability in developing strategy and leveraging PC applications
• Experience in process improvement and talent management
• Ability to manage complex project implementations
• Skilled in building and utilizing networks of client relationships
• Proficiency in finance data management and design

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
