Job Title: Leasing Agent Part Time
Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Leasing Agent, you will assist with leasing activities, showing apartments to prospective tenants, and supporting administrative tasks. Your role will ensure excellent customer service and help meet occupancy goals for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight key features.
Answer inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Process leasing paperwork, applications, and background checks.
Assist with move-in and move-out procedures.
Support marketing efforts and participate in community events.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
