Founded in 1933 in Dallas, Texas, originally as Trinity Steel, the company began by manufacturing propane and butane tanks. Over decades, it evolved—Trinity Containers → Arcosa Tank (2018 spin off) → acquired by Black Diamond Capital Management and relaunching as Triarc Tank in November 2022.

Today headquartered in Coppell/Dallas, Texas.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Director of IT (English/Spanish) to lead our technology strategy and operations. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in manufacturing, digital transformation, and enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) . The ideal candidate will be adept at managing remote teams, optimizing business processes, and driving secure, scalable IT solutions that align with financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Champion the adoption of modern technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• ERP & Systems Management:
  • Oversee implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O .
  • Oversee development and maintenance of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Synapse, One Lake and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP with manufacturing and financial systems.
• Manufacturing Technology Enablement:
  • Collaborate with operations to enhance production efficiency through smart technologies.
  • Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT, automation, and data analytics.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Remote Team & Vendor Management:
  • Lead and support geographically distributed IT teams.
  • Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Process Optimization & Financial Alignment:
  • Identify and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Align IT initiatives with financial goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments and understanding of production workflows.
• High expertise and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O .
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and how IT impacts the bottom line.
• Azure and Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Exchange, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Sharepoint, and M365 administration knowledge.
• Networking concepts including Cisco and Meraki networking knowledge including SD WAN over multiple sites on two countries (Mexico and US).
• Creation and maintenance of Cloud-based Certificates and Vaults as well as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure-based containers, and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of cyphers and encrypted communications used with Middleware between ERP and Banks or other vendors.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications
