Clean Vapor is the Southeast’s go-to specialty contractor for vapor intrusion mitigation systems (VIMS). From industrial plants to large-scale residential builds, we partner with engineers, GCs, and owners to deliver turnkey solutions that keep projects on schedule and people safe. As demand surges, we’re hiring a Field Superintendent to turn great plans into flawless field execution.

• Own the jobsite. Lead 5–15 Clean Vapor installers and specialty subs, setting clear daily goals and driving a “zero incidents” safety culture.
• Coordinate relentlessly. Align schedules and tackle issues in real time with project managers, GCs, and environmental consultants.
• Build it right the first time. Verify materials, layouts, and installation details for membranes, vent piping, and full system components against design specs, state regs, and industry standards.
• Keep stakeholders informed. Track production, costs, and change orders; submit concise daily reports and photo documentation via our mobile platform.
• Grow the team. Coach and train crew members on best-practice installation techniques and help identify future leaders.
• Hit the road. Oversee projects across the Southeast; we handle lodging, per diem, and a company truck or mileage reimbursement.

• 5+ years supervising crews on civil, environmental, or commercial construction sites.
• Hands-on experience with VIMS, geomembrane liners, waterproofing, or environmental remediation .
• Proficiency reading construction drawings/specs and performing survey/layout.
• OSHA 30 (or ready to earn within 30 days).
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable using laptops/tablets for daily reporting.
• Calm, creative problem-solver who drives issues to closure.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and travel flexibility.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role.
