This role is not event planning (e.g., weddings or banquets)—instead, it’s about public engagement, brand visibility, and promotional marketing.

💼 Key Responsibilities:Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of community-based promotional events
Represent client brands professionally at retail activations, festivals, and outreach pop-ups
Engage with the public , deliver key brand messages, and distribute promotional materials
Build rapport with local shoppers, businesses, and community members
Support team members in meeting campaign goals and outreach milestones
Collect attendee feedback and track campaign performance metrics
High school diploma or GED required (College coursework or degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus)
No experience required — volunteer work, internships, or school projects in marketing/events are a bonus
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, flexible attitude
Comfortable with face-to-face engagement and being on your feet during events
Available to work weekends and occasional evenings
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
