Director of Operations – Restaurant Group

$130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• Oversee and optimize multi-unit, multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve performance goals, uphold company standards, and foster a positive and collaborative work culture
• Implement and refine operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency, maximize profitability, and support sustainable growth
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including expansion plans, cost controls, and revenue-generating opportunities
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies across all locations
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing to ensure quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness in alignment with brand standards
• Drive a culture of hospitality excellence by consistently elevating service standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of overseeing operations for 20+ Multi-Unit, Multi-State, Full-Service Restaurants
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
• Proven experience overseeing multi-unit, multi-state operations in the full-service hospitality industry
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability
• Position based in New York City - must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area
