The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on   Director of Operations   to lead our multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality business through its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will oversee the performance, profitability, and daily excellence of all venues while supporting concept development, team growth, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of General Managers and venue leadership to meet and exceed financial, service, and quality targets
  • Translate company goals into operational plans and processes that drive results
  • Oversee staffing, labor strategy, and operational efficiency across the group
  • Establish clear systems for accountability, reporting, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with culinary, marketing, finance, and HR teams to align operational goals
  • Drive new openings, concept rollouts, and renovations with precision and leadership
  • Champion a culture of hospitality, development, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality (group-level preferred, experience in multi unit same location welcomed)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and scaling operations
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Skilled in team development, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to travel regularly between locations (as needed)
  • Passion for hospitality, a strong presence on the floor, and an eye for detail
