This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining brand development, data-driven decision making, and team leadership to shape and elevate the organization’s market presence.

About the Role:

As the Director of Marketing, you will lead the vision and execution of the company’s branding, promotional, and advertising efforts. This role is central to identifying market growth opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and aligning all marketing activity with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth

• Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform campaigns and strategic planning

• Identify and engage new market segments for business expansion

• Oversee the creation and implementation of targeted advertising and promotional campaigns

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts support overall organizational goals

• Stay up to date on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices

• Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team, providing coaching and performance evaluations

• Manage the department's budget, ensuring resource efficiency and ROI

• Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred

• Proven leadership in marketing strategy development and execution

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software platforms

• Experience leading high-performing marketing teams

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
