• Assist clients through policy enrollment, ensuring smooth integration.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to provide support, guidance, and education on life and health insurance policies.
• Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements to boost client success and operational efficiency.

• ​​​​​​​Collaborate with sales and claims teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and continued understanding of policy benefits.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or support.
• ​​​​​​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ​​​​​​​Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• ​​​​​​​Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• Familiarity with the life and health insurance industry is a plus.
• Experience maintaining regular client communication through digital channels such as email, and Zoom
• ​​​​​​​Familiarity with the life and health insurance industry is a plus.
• Willing to obtain a professional license (guidance provided)
• ​​​​​​​Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
