In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support : Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support.
• Data Entry and Documentation : Accurately record customer interactions and document details of issues and resolutions in our customer management system (CRM).
• Customer Feedback : Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to customers.
• Follow-up : Ensure that all customer concerns are followed through to resolution and that customers are satisfied with the outcomes.

Requirements:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred (depending on company policy).
• Experience : Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to address customer inquiries or issues with patience and effective problem-solving techniques.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
• Multi-tasking : Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries at once and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Team-Oriented : Collaborative and positive attitude, ready to work within a team to achieve company goals.
• Availability : Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, if necessary.
