Position Details Location: NYC - Required to be in the Long Island City office 2-3 times a week. Must be located or willing to relocate to the surrounding area. Relocation assistance is available. Position Purpose Plans and directs all aspects of the Business Unit’s operations. Responsible for the short and long-term profitability and growth. Develops relationships with network providers, regulators, and contractors to ensure successful implementation of business plans. Develops short- and long-range operating plans, including employee development, member, network, and provider relations goals. Represents the organization in relationships with customers, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, regulators, professional societies, and similar groups. Ensures the development and maintenance of an appropriate provider network. Maintains the organization’s financial structure and reviews projections for operational excellence. Plans and directs operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops policies and procedures to optimize operations and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Performs additional duties as assigned. Ensures compliance with all policies and standards. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years in top management within government or healthcare, focusing on contract acquisition and operations. Extensive experience in contracting, strategic planning, and staff management. Licenses and Certifications Valid driver’s license. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $301,400 - $572,700 annually. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
