Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children in K-12 settings, particularly those with special education needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Proficient in data collection and analysis to track student progress
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and training to school staff on effective behavioral techniques
